5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

to3030 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods:

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000 (bank transfers), Rp 25,000 (e-wallets). Maximum deposit: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction (bank transfers), Rp 10,000,000 per transaction (e-wallets).

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits are typically credited instantly to your Account. During periods of high transaction volume or banking system maintenance, delays of up to 15 minutes may occur.

No deposit fees are charged by to3030. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control.

5.2 Wagering Requirement for Deposits

In compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations, all deposits must be wagered at least 1x (one time) before withdrawal is permitted. For example, if you deposit Rp 100,000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 100,000 before you can withdraw your funds. This requirement applies to both deposit amounts and any associated winnings.

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made at any time through your Account dashboard. Funds are withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If this is not feasible, withdrawals will be processed via Indonesian bank transfer to a bank account registered in your name.

Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100,000. Withdrawals below this amount incur a Rp 5,000 administrative fee. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 50,000,000 per transaction. Higher limits are available for VIP players.

If a game round is interrupted due to disconnection, browser closure, or technical issue before completion, the round will be completed according to the game's rules. If you reconnect within 24 hours, you can resume or view the completed round. 10. Account Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus applicable fees and outstanding liabilities) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonuses and promotional credits will be forfeited upon account closure.

to3030 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have:

Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50,000 until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will receive email notification 30 days before maintenance fees commence.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which to3030 holds its operating license (offshore international jurisdiction). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and to3030, you agree to first attempt resolution through our internal complaints procedure:
